I called every service center in Rawicz, but only this one told me there was a chance someone would take care of my van within a few days. I was towed to the service center's parking lot and happened to meet the manager. After explaining the situation, I was told there was a chance someone would take a look at the van the next day.
I arranged for the purchase and delivery of an alternator from Wrocław that morning, and the guys found a place to replace it. Thanks to that, I was back on the road that same afternoon.
